You already have enough on your mind. You don’t need the added concern of wondering how you are going to get around to the many appointments necessary for recovery and rehabilitation. We’ve tried to make this easier.

Our mobile home care platform enables hospitals to discharge their amputee patients with the confidence that they will receive prompt, caring, expert service. Beginning with our care transition management system, which transports amputees from the hospital to their home, our mobile service takes care of patients’ mobility and care needs from start to finish!

We have a highly organized patient care and management system. We coordinate and collaborate with all your medical and health care providers, as well as your family! You will feel and be supported, comfortable, and confident every step of the way! And we will always get you where you need to be!

We always maintain a clean, hygienic, and sterilized environment for our patients at all of our clinics.

We use these same sanitizing measures for our shuttle vehicles, and we are taking extra precautions for your health and safety.

Our professional drivers practice regular hand hygiene.
Physical distancing in the vehicle will be encouraged on the rare occasion there are multiple passengers. This is easier to facilitate with our larger vans.
Commonly touched surfaces in our vehicles (seats, armrests, door handles, seat belt buckles, grab handles) are cleaned and disinfected at the beginning and end of each shift and between transporting passengers.
