What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of healthcare sales experience (required)
• Proven relationships with hospital case managers, SNFs, and/or wound care providers (required)
• Familiarity with prosthetic limbs and the fitting process, including both upper and lower extremities (preferred)
• A track record of meeting or exceeding referral and revenue targets
• Strong communication and follow-up skills with a service-first approach

In this role, you’ll manage a defined territory, grow referral relationships, and serve as a vital link between our referral sources and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital case managers, SNFs, wound care centers, and other relevant providers
• Promote South Beach’s in-home prosthetic care model, including our cutting-edge 3D scanning technologies and no-cost transportation services
• Act as a liaison between clinical teams and referral partners to ensure seamless care coordination
• Track referrals and territory metrics, meeting or exceeding patient acquisition goals
• Deliver proactive, professional follow-up to strengthen referral relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales experience
• Established connections with case managers, SNFs, and/or wound care centers
• Understanding of prosthetic technologies and terminology, such as CAD-CAM systems, microprocessor knees, and common amputee classifications (preferred)
• Demonstrated success in meeting referral and sales targets
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $50,000 – $65,000
• Mileage/travel reimbursement
